It took nearly 9 months of planning and the help of friends and family from all over the country to pull it off, but the results were nothing less than spectacular! Heather had no idea what was in store for her when she showed up to her friend Shaye's house for a beauty networking party. What ensued over the next 6 hours will leave you astounded and most likely in tears. My name is Tim Tialdo and this is the story of how I proposed to my fiance Heather.
