You want to look your best for your wedding day.
While the stress can be tempting enough to eat a whole bag of cookies, fitting into your dress is imperative.
There are a few things you can do to actually get in shape so that you look as stunning as you dreamed about since you were a girl.
Get an accountability partner that will help you stay on track.
Explain your goals to them and ask them to help you achieve those by reminding you and staying on you when you get off track.
Getting a gym membership is not only great for the waistline, but working out can be a good way to relieve stress.
Many gyms allow you to bring a friend for free so grab your fiancé or your maid of honor and hit the treadmill.

Best For Bride, and specifically Olga was very helpful when I was ordering the dress for my niece. She was very helpful when I had questions in respect to the sizing. I was able to pay with my credit card and it was hassle free. I live in West Africa and sometimes it is difficult to have things delivered here. The shipping was free and the dress arrived exactly when they said it would arrive. As this was a very positive experience I would recommend Best For Bride to anyone who was thinking of buying a dress off the internet.

I bought two "mother of the groom" dresses from Denise at Best for Bride in Barrie. The first wedding was on April 29, 2011. I have attached a picture showing the mother of the groom dress. The next wedding is June 25 - I will send the picture after that. The bride wore a dress that was made by a friend. I would like to thank Denise for a wonderful experience I had.
