Leasing Info Currently we are full for the 2025-26 leasing period. If a property becomes available, it will be posted here, as well as under the Available Housing link below.
2025-26 Deposits: If you signed a lease for '25-26 you paid a portion of your deposit at signing, however, the remainder was due 1-15-25. Please refer to your lease to find the amount you owe and make payment asap.
Cold Weather Reminders: DO NOT TURN OFF YOUR FURNACE . This will lead to frozen/broken pipes & significant damages you will be responsible for. If you have left & you think your furnace is off, contact us immediately.
May Move Out: (leases end @ midnight on May 1st) If you have a May lease, you should have received a move out email with information about the move out process, forwarding address/deposit refund instructions, bulk item disposal, and more. Please review this email if you haven't already, it will be extremely helpful during the move out process.
May Move In: If you are an incoming May tenant, your lease begins Sunday, May 11th. As move in approaches you can check the HOUSE STATUS page to see the progress of the cleaning, painting, etc. at your property (no updates will be posted until May). Once your property is completed, & your 1st rent installment is paid, you can make arrangements to pick up keys. Only 1 tenant needs to be present at key pick up.
