Depending on weather, we will have 5-8 of our highly skilled Cougar Painting workers arrive at your home around 7AM. Your home will have already been power washed by this point. 

Next, we will begin prepping your home. This will take anywhere from take 3-6 hours. We believe this is the most important part of the process! If you are going to be home during this time, be prepared for anything from loud noises as well as windows, doors and garages being covered. We will accommodate and make a note on the work-order should we need to plan for family members or pets that need to get in or out.

Around mid-morning BEFORE we begin actual painting, we will do a walk-thru and discuss everything on your work-order. If you cannot be there, we will work out another plan.

Following this walk-thru, you will then sign that everything sounds great! There will also be a change-order in your packet should you choose to add or delete anything relating to your original estimate. Additionally, this will also be signed and agreed upon by both parties.

Plan on Cougar Painting diligently prepping and painting most of the day. Typically, a small break is taken, but that will be about it. Depending on the size of your home, we normally finish up in a few days.

As we are close to finishing up the comprehensive paint procedure, we will alert you. With our paint brushes still out & good lighting, a final walk-thru will be performed (PDCA standards). Together with your project manager (or Amy), you will go thru the check list in your work-order and perform any necessary touch-ups. 

Our general rule is walking around the perimeter from 3-5 feet back to determine areas to finalize. You will typically do this with your project manager. At this point when you are 110% satisfied with the work performed by Cougar Painting and have signed your final check list, Amy will come back to collect payment (cash, check, credit card-add 3%). I will have a little gift for you too. ☺
