DANCE ABILITY MOVEMENT PROGRAM

The Dance Workshop is proud to be a host studio for The Dance Ability Movement Program. With a focus on dancing and the arts, Occupational Therapists and Dance Instructors, Mallory and Jade Ryan, have created The Dance Ability Movement as a way to develop opportunities for individuals with additional needs to access community leisure activities. Inclusive dance classes provide each dancer with a 1:1 dance buddy, a volunteer dancer, who adapts the class to the right level of challenge and provides encouragement, friendship, and mentoring throughout the year. We believe each child is unique, every child deserves equal opportunities and all children have the ability to dance!
