QLS – Sarver is located in Buffalo Township in the southeastern region of Butler County near PA Route 356. We are conveniently close to Route 28 with easy access to the Pittsburgh metropolitan area. The location is picturesque with plenty of Western Pennsylvania charm. Our recent renovations and rehabilitation – focused building addition bring a touch of luxury to the warmth of this rural community.

Residents stay connected and entertained with crafts, art and themed parties. Our annual Kids Day community event, hosted in June, in the QLS - Sarver parking lot is a favorite among the residents. The children brighten their day with laughter, handmade cards and artwork. 

Our state-of-the-art, newly-constructed therapy gym provides a perfect blend of support and care to short-stay residents that aim to regain their strength and get back to living their best life. Both skilled nursing and personal care residents enjoy our newly-renovated beauty salon with manicure table and waiting area with puzzles and playing cards.
