Our goal here at Noble is to help you impact more lives in less time while generating a passive income. We believe that in order to achieve this goal, we must be innovative.
Our guiding principle for innovation is this:
Understanding the behavior and voice of the customer, combined with evidence, is our best support for a new concept.
It's so important for us to understand what problems you, as a mental health professional, are facing. With your feedback, we can design problem-solving concepts and share them with you.
The next phase of our innovation process is to combine your feedback with data science. We're excited to announce additional features coming next year that will get us closer to completing this innovation circle.

An overview of some of the features that will be released in 2022:
- Q1 2022 → Video Based Messaging
- Think Marco Polo style messaging. However, in addition, we will offer text and audio options. This has been a hugely popular request!
- Q3 2022 → Clinical Assessment Framework
- Standard Assessments
- We keep your client's PHI safe through encryption (in transit and at rest) and following industry best practices.
- Voice Assessments
- We will be using a variety of machine learning technologies including state-of-the-art automatic speech recognition and natural language processing techniques customized for the problem at hand. We will use everything from linear regression to deep learning, and have the freedom to explore various machine learning algorithms to deliver the best information.
- Natural Language Processing
- NLP combines computational linguistics—rule-based modeling of human language—with statistical machine learning and deep learning models. Together, these technologies enable computers to process human language in the form of text or voice data and to "understand" its full meaning, complete with the speaker or writer’s intent and sentiment.
