STEP 1: 
GETTING THE PAPERWORK DONE

Step 1

We use a platform called Proliant (also known as ReadyPay) for all things HR and payroll. 


You will soon (if you have not already) receive an automatic email from “noreply@readypayonline.com” with the subject will be “Welcome to Adelante Schools INC.” If you don't see the email, please check your spam.


This email will give you access to the platform and allow you to complete your new hire paperwork. 

Step 2

Before starting your new hire paperwork, you will need the following. 

  • Bank account information
  • Pictures/scans of identification for your I-9. This is usually either a US Passport or your driver's license and Social Security card. There are other options listed when you log in.
  • Important: You will need to upload these during the process. The picture to the right shows where that happens. 

Step 3

Pay & Taxes - You will need to be ready to select your withholdings for state and federal taxes. While we cannot give you tax advice, I would suggest reviewing the resources below. There have been shifts to federal taxes in the past few years. For example, on the tax form you will be filling out, taxes will not be withheld if you enter tax credits and it will not withhold until that amount has been met. Step 4

You are good to go! Once you have completed the steps on Proliant, please proceed to the section below.

STEP 2:  
BACKGROUND CHECK



In order to ensure we are in full compliance with state guidelines, all new hires are required to complete a background check. This is something that Adelante Schools will be paying for. You will need to follow the link below. Once you are on the page, please select “Employment Non-Certified” and then move on to the next step. You will receive two emails from Safe Hiring, one with your username and directions and one with your password. 


In the following days, you will receive a link from DCS to complete the final part of the process.

GETTING READY!
You are all set! This area will provide you with general info. 



Overview

During your onboarding, you will have a session on all things benefits with our providers. After the session, you will have a week to review options and make your selections.

Pay is an important thing to know about when starting a new role! We will review your first pay date during your onboarding.
