CUSTOM PLAN
Process of Website Development would be as follows:
- You need to fill in our Build Form as complete and specific as possible including all images and content.
- Upon receipt of your submission, we will review the information and send you feedback including the quote.
- All requested features and customization need to be checked first and approval on associated costs is needed before proceeding. Once everything is finalized (complete details for site build and quotation approved), we will then send you an invoice for the deposit.
- Once settled, we will design two (2) versions of the homepage mockup of your new site based on your reference site. The site can be fully customized based on your reference site and requested features. You’ll receive this within 24-48 hours (working days) upon receipt of payment.
- You’ll be choosing from the mockup versions we sent you and you have one set of changes you can send to us on the chosen version. Succeeding changes may be subject to charges.
- The mockup stage can be skipped if requested. If this is the case, the homepage will be created directly on the Duda platform (under our account) and will be sent to you for approval.
- When homepage design is approved and all needed information is on hand, the timeframe will be provided, and we will proceed to build your site (or the rest of the site) on the Duda platform.
- When development is completed, we then send you a preview link of the whole site where you can see how it looks on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- We allow two (2) sets of minor changes to the site for free. Any succeeding changes* will be charged 15 or 20 USD per hour. (*standard or technical changes, you will be advised, and cost may vary)
- Once the site is completely done, we then send an invoice for the balance. When this is paid, we request for the site to be transferred to your account. You can then publish the site (make it live on the web) and even edit the site yourself.
- Site order must be completed within 90 days from the date of order, otherwise, any payment made for the site will be forfeited. If you wish to continue developing the site after the 90 days period, it will be considered as new order.
