With its lavish dining menu, the fanciful La Fourchet restaurant is one of a kind in West London. It is considered the area's hidden gem with its elegant terrace and classy art/deco-inspired interiors. Our story started in 1971 when residents of West London and the surrounding areas used to visit us for a unique fine dining experience. Today, people come to us from all around the world to indulge in the most delicious flavours we have to offer them. Alyson Elder

Assistant chef

Our assistant chef at La Fourchet, Alyson Elder, has always been passionate about local, high-quality fresh ingredients. She has been cooking for 15 years and worked alongside famous chefs in 2 and 3 Michelin-starred restaurants. Elder joined La Fourchet's family in 2016 and has been treating our clients to the most delicious eats since then.

Mark Harding

Chef

Chef Mark Harding has completed the most challenging training scheme in the United Kingdom with distinction. He has also worked in some of the country's finest kitchens. With an experience of more than 40 years cooking, Chef Harding has spent more than half of those years working at La Fourchet, and this explains the resounding success our restaurant has been realising.

Assistant Chef

In 2011, Brian Green joined La Fourchet family as an assistant chef. He has an extensive experience in traditional English and classical French cooking. Green is also skilled in fish preparation and butchery. Moreover, he treats our clients to some unique Asian influences.

I had a wonderful time at La Fourchet in West London. The staff were lovely, amiable, and attentive. The restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere with marvellous views across West London. It was on a Saturday night, and the restaurant was fully booked. The kitchens are open to the public, and you can see the chefs at work - we had a table for two. The food and drinks were of very high quality and beautifully presented. We enjoyed it so much, and we stayed for over 3 hours. Very highly recommended.
