Dr. Munoz, DDS

ENDODONTICS

Dr. Munoz was born and raised in El Paso, Texas, where his journey in dentistry began. He first discovered his passion for the field while attending Maxine Silva Health Magnet High School. Driven by this early interest, Dr. Munoz pursued his Bachelor of Science in Biology at The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA), graduating in 2012.

His dedication and hard work earned him acceptance into The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio (UTHSCSA) School of Dentistry, where he was awarded a prestigious four-year scholarship from the United States Air Force. Dr. Munoz obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree in 2016.

Following dental school, Dr. Munoz completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency at Bolling Air Force Base in Washington, D.C. in 2017. He then served as a general dentist at Little Rock Air Force Base in Little Rock, Arkansas from 2017 to 2022. During his service, he developed a keen interest in endodontics, which led him to further his education in this specialty.

In 2024, Dr. Munoz graduated with a Master of Dental Science degree from the Advanced Education program in Endodontics at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, Tennessee. His extensive training and experience make him a highly skilled endodontist, dedicated to providing the best care for his patients.

Dr. Munoz is happily married to his wife, Michelle, who is an orthodontist. Together, they have two children, Micah and Noah. Outside of his professional life, Dr. Munoz enjoys hiking, drawing, rock climbing, and traveling. His diverse interests and commitment to family reflect his well-rounded approach to life and patient care.
