Caleb Oberg, CEO
ButtonMy career in roofing and construction started when I was 20 years old. My goals and vision for this industry are what drive me every day to keep up with the ever-changing landscape while separating me from your typical construction business owner.
My excellent work ethic and high standards have allowed me to be a good teacher and mentor. To this day, I enjoy teaching my staff and installers what we do best: the customer experience. I am blessed to operate a company in the industry I have spent most of my adult life working.
I have been happily married for almost eight years, am a father of four, and a grandfather of one grandchild, with one more on the way. My family is my happy place. We love to be outdoors, no matter what time of year it is. You'll find us sledding, snowboarding, ice fishing, and ice skating in the winter.
-
Chad Whitcher, CSO
Chad started as a roofing inspector in 2009. He has integrated 12 years of experience in the field to help train new inspectors to join Oberg Roofing & Remodeling Inc. and start a new career in our exciting industry.
As softball was once a big part of Chad's recreational life, he now enjoys sponsoring and rooting for the Oberg Roofing softball team. He also likes golf scrambles and watching UFC with friends in his spare time. In the winter, Chad enjoys visiting family in Florida and Nashville for live country music.

Todd Fladebo, GM of Operations
ButtonHey, Todd Fladebo here! Here's a little about me: I lost my four-year-old beard to a bet with the inspectors. There is no way I would want to live anywhere that did not have all four seasons. I have only been to eight concerts in my life, but four of them were to see the same band, Tom Petty!
With 15 years of workforce management experience in contact center operations, Todd is uniquely equipped to manage the operations and processes to achieve a more efficient workflow. For the customer, this means a seamless integration from sale to job completion. In addition, this gives the business an efficient flow of information and tasks from sales to job completion.
-
Nate Spann, Exterior Cord. & Safety Officer
ButtonNate is your friendly neighborhood quality control manager, or as he likes to call it, "One of the — 'Oh, jeez...'"
With over 20 years of experience on a crew and over a decade working with Caleb Oberg, Nate is uniquely qualified to be the old timer that checks on the crews and ensures they're doing a great job. He also ensures they have everything they need and the know-how to lend an extra hand during a challenging installation.
You might also see him poking around at the end of the job as he double-checks the cleanup and inspects the finished project. He's a super friendly guy with two adult daughters and a 1-year-old granddaughter that are the light of his life.
His girls, Sage and Olivia, were born and raised in the area. Olivia graduated from Sartell in 2020, and Sage and her daughter, Willow, live in Sauk Rapids.

Mike Fisher
ButtonBefore joining Oberg, I retired from the United States Marine Corps as an Aircraft Mechanic, Quality Assurance Representative, Maintenance Control Supervisor, Recruiter and Recruiter Supervisor, stationed in North Carolina and St Cloud, MN. Currently, at Oberg, I am working in supplementing, sales, and production. I am married with three young children and happy to be back in MN.
-
Jake Everson, Sales Manager
ButtonI was born in Aitkin, MN, and have been in the industry for a little over five years. My specialties are insurance claims and commercial steep slope roofs. The best part about my job is being able to assist customers with their exterior renovations.
-
Will McCabe, Inspector
ButtonHi, I'm Will. Originally from Sartell, I'm most likely watching sports with friends when I'm not inspecting homes or writing up estimates. I am also a hockey coach for Sartell. Some other hobbies of mine include reading, golfing, and spending time at the lake.

Joe Odle, Inspector
ButtonHello, my name is Joe Odle. I grew up on a fishing resort in central Minnesota on Lake Mille Lacs. After high school, I attended Lake Superior College, where I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Applied Science. While in college, I began working as a chef, an industry in which I excelled for the next 15 years.
I met my wife Tracy in 2009, and we have been happily married since 2015. She works as an RN in the NICU at the St. Cloud hospital. We have three children.
I got into sales in 2020 when I started selling Ice Castle fish houses. It was then that I realized sales was my true passion. I thoroughly enjoy interacting with all kinds of people and advocating for them, not only to get what they need but also what they want.
I had the opportunity to join the Oberg team in 2021 and have loved learning about the world of roofing, remodeling, and much more. I look forward to working with the community, helping them make their homes safer and more comfortable while providing our clients excellent customer service.

Devon Deleso, CSR
ButtonI grew up in St.Cloud before moving to Mankato, where I studied at Minnesota State University, majoring in marketing. I enjoy spending most of my free time at the lake during the summers and snowboarding in the winter. My favorite teams to watch are the Atlanta Braves and New York Rangers, but I like to watch just about any sport.
-
Jack Murphy, Inspector
ButtonI live in Clearwater with my son Max and my beautiful fiance Brie. I have been in the industry for 11 years and genuinely love helping people.
My proudest professional achievement was with a client whose home was used as a command station for a hostage negotiation and destroyed. We were against the city, the mayor’s office, and a large insurance carrier. I stuck with my client and rode it out for THREE years! It eventually went to mediation, and we got her everything she deserved.
My proudest personal achievement is being a Dad. What do I do for fun? Anything outdoors or with family. I also enjoy watching baseball or football and being disappointed by the Vikings.
