Biography
Terrence Pratt, M.D. is a Physiatrist who is board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation as well as a certified independent medical examiner. He specializes in the non-operative care of orthopaedic conditions or injuries, as well as general musculoskeletal disorders.

Dr. Pratt became interested in medicine during high school. During the last two years of high school, he participated in a project designed to introduce students to health-related fields. It was during that program he decided to pursue medicine as a career. It was during his final year of medical school that he became interested in physical medicine and rehabilitation when he found he was intrigued by the diversity of the specialty, as well as the improvements noted in functional abilities. In his spare time, he enjoys electronics and spending time with his grandchild.

Dr. Pratt received his Bachelor of Science in Biology (with Distinction) degree from Wayne State University. After obtaining his medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine, he completed residency training in physical medicine and rehabilitation, also known as PM&R or Physiatry, at Wayne State University School of Medicine, Rehabilitation Institute.

He is active member of AAPM&R – American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, AMA – American Medical Association and MSMA – Missouri State Medical Association.
