Executive Assistant

  • Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative assistance
  • Manage expense reports, calendar, and email management
  • Coordinate and facilitate executive-level meetings, including agendas, meeting minutes, and drafting action items
  • Support the executive in personal areas such as appointments, travel, events, etc.

  • Qualifications
  • Experience and knowledge in Engineering is an advantage

Front Desk Associate

  • Responsibilities
  • Responsible in welcoming guests and assisting them effectively, courteously, and professionally with all front office-related functions including check-in and check-out
  • Maintain a high standard of service while ensuring adherence to Makati Diamond Residences’ standards and policies
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a branded, friendly, proactive, and efficient manner with appropriate follow-up as necessary
  • Collect payments and verify credit acceptance by reviewing and recording customer information and operating credit card authorization systems
  • Monitor lobby and determine customer flow
  • Well-versed with the products, services, and amenities offered by Makati Diamond Residences

  • Ensure immediate assistance and coordinate guest requests at the shortest possible time

  • Responsibilities
  • Responsible for payroll processing
  • Knowledgeable in Government Contributions and Tax Remittance
  • To handle and maintain bookkeeping
  • Reconcile accounts payable
  • Enter data, maintain records, and create reports and financial statements
  • Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
  • Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger


  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related field/s
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the same job function
  • Solid understanding of tax and accounting payable principles
  • Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records

  • Responsibilities
  • Check and classify Cashier Settlement Reports
  • Check proper settlement of all charges including comprehensive documentation of reports

  • Check revenue and discount postings
  • Compute and validate revenue postings and its corresponding service charge and government taxes
  • Check application of discounted transactions and validate complimentary transactions and representations
  • Verify proper procedures in posting of revenue adjustments and allowances
  • Communicate, record, and file audit findings, effecting adjustments, and resolutions to Audit Manager and concerned Department Head

  • Assist management with motivating, developing, coaching, and counseling staff members to ensure the proper level of service is being provided to guests.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration between food and beverage and kitchen staff during special events and reservations.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding MDR’s products, amenities, and services.
