Returns Policy 

To return your product, you should first contact us at returns@weret.com. You will need to attach a pre-paid return shipping label to the package and mail it to the address on the shipping label. You will not need to pay for shipping.


Returns
Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If your product have been activated towards an smartphone a cost of $USD17 for restoring the product applies, the cost of will be deducted from your refund.

We always refund by the same method you used to pay, and we ask that items are returned in a sellable condition. Please note that items bought online cannot be refunded or exchanged in any of our stores.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted 
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@weret.com 

Shipping
In order to return an order, you must contact us first and obtain and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.

You will need to attach a pre-paid return shipping label to the package and mail it to the address on the shipping label. You will not need to pay for shipping.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Card Payments 
After your return has been processed and approved by us, we will ask your bank to process a refund. Card refunds can take up to 10 working days depending on your bank's processing time – please note that we are unable to influence this.

PayPal 
After your return has been processed and approved by us, we will credit your PayPal account and the refund will show on your PayPal statement after 3 working days. PayPal payments funded by a credit or debit card will be refunded to that card, and for payments funded with both a card and another funding source, the card portion will be refunded to the card and the remainder to the PayPal account.

We will refund your purchase in the same currency as when you placed the original order. We always use the most up-to-date exchange rate. Please note that depending on your bank’s currency conversion rate, a difference from the original charged sum may occur when your bank refunds your account.

Klarna 
When we have received the returned parcel you will be credited the sum amount of the product/s that you have returned. You will not be sent a new invoice with a corrected amount, you must instead adjust this yourself and pay the remaining sum due for invoice.

If the invoice is already paid in full then Klarna will contact you for repayment within 30 days. To speed up the refund, you are advised to contact Klarna with your correct payment details.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
