Dr. Jonathan Haynie DDS, FAGD

Dr. Jonathan Haynie DDS, FAGD is a native of San Diego County. He grew up in Escondido where he attended San Pasqual High School. He completed his undergraduate studies in Biology at Brigham Young University-Hawaii graduating with honors. Dr. Haynie received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree at the University of California at San Francisco School of Dentistry and also then completed a postdoctoral General Practice Residency (GPR) at the VA Medical Center Palo Alto, Stanford Medical Center, and the Alameda County Hospital.

In 2021, Dr. Haynie was awarded with a fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry, a distinction achieved by less than 6% of dentists. This achievement recognizes his dedication to continuing education, leadership in the dental field, and commitment to providing the best care possible to his patients. In order to always provide the highest level of care possible, he continues to pursue over 100 hours of continuing dental education per year in in disciplines such as; dental implants, oral appliances for the treatment of sleep apnea, orofacial pain management, temporo-mandibular disorder (TMD), orthodontics through clear aligners (Invisalign), oral surgery, full mouth rehabilitation, minimally invasive dentistry, biomaterials, pediatrics, and aesthetic dentistry. Dr. Haynie is an active member in good standing of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, San Diego Dental Society, and Academy of General Dentistry.

When not in the office helping patients achieve their dental health goals, Dr. Haynie enjoys spending time with his wife and children.
