Our CEO was trying to buy a home in a new area. He secured a local Real Estate agent, but after months of searching for a home he grew frustrated; every home his Real Estate agent showed him needed updating or required renovations - New Kitchens, Bathrooms, Flooring, Paint, Pool, etc. The agent told him not to worry, and that he would reflect the cost of the renovations in the offer. 

The cost of the renovations wasn’t causing our CEO his frustration, it was the stress of potentially trying to find Vendors and Service Providers to do the renovation work – he’s not a contractor. Finally, after months of searching, our CEO bought a home, but it needed a major renovation and numerous updates. 
He asked his Real Estate agent if he had any Vendors or Service Providers that could potentially do the renovations or that he could recommend. The answer was long and complicated but ultimately the answer was “No” – the agent didn’t want the liability.

He tried to hire a General Contractor to oversee and complete his renovations, but that process became seemingly difficult, so he became his own General Contractor / Project Manager and hired all of his Trades and Service Providers himself – that was the start of a long nightmare. 

Trying to find quality trusted local trades and services providers was proving to be difficult if not impossible, and he used every resource available: neighbor referrals, online directories, local publications, and internet searches.   
The entire Pure team is a collection of Real Estate and Digital Technology specialists dedicated to the continued advancement of smart business strategies, supporting local and national Real Estate organizations with online directory solutions throughout North America. 

We are located in Southern California and service clients across the United States and Canada coast-to-coast. We work with national and independent Real Estate brands, and national and local vendors / service providers within numerous industries.

After months of stress and frustration he eventually completed his renovations and moved into his new home, but the experience left him exhausted and financially wounded. So, he decided to create a platform and a program to help Real Estate Agents and homebuyers overcome the stress and frustration of finding local Vendors and Service Providers, and we developed Pure Real Estate Directories – The Professional Choice for Realty Partners Across North America.
