You will have access to various trusted local vendors and service providers to assist you and your clients as needed
It is our responsibility to populate our new directory with trusted local vendors and service providers. Each team member should be able to register 1 to 2 local vendors or service providers with limited effort.
Participating vendors and service providers pay a small monthly fee of $199.00 to be listed on our preferred vendor directory which will help offset our program insurance, third-party management, and additional marketing initiatives to ensure ongoing success.
Vendors and service providers will receive a “general listing” which includes a snapshot of their website with a direct link, contact information and logo, and the option to include a “video link”.

We can create a custom category for any business or vendor if needed.
- There are only a maximum of 4 vendors / service providers per category. EG - 4-Electricians, 4-Architects, etc. This will ensure a strong ROI for your participating vendors.
- Participating vendors / service providers will be screened to ensure they meet minimum requirements - website, positive reviews / limited negative reviews, liability Insurance, and licensing if applicable.
- Our goal is to register and maintain 300+ vendors / service providers by end of year - 1.
- It is the collective responsibility of our entire team to help provide the vendors and service providers that will participate on our directory program - please try to refer or register as many of your trusted vendors and service providers.
- Exclusivity – Vendor & service provider participation is limited and capped, ensuring maximum exposure.

Q - How many vendors are allowed per category?
A – There are a maximum of 4 vendors per category.
Q – What vendor categories can participate?
A – Almost all categories are allowed to participate provided they are local and qualify as explained above.
Q – Is there a contract? Can I cancel early?
A – All contracts are 12 Months. Early termination is $500.
Q – What forms of payment are accepted? How do I pay?
A – All payments are auto-processed by Credit Card – Visa, Mastercard, American Express. No Debit Cards or Checks.
Q – Can I provide my own artwork for my Ad?
A – You can provide your logo. All Ads are a thumbnail of the vendors website. Please see example above.
Q – Do I need insurance?
A – All participating vendors are required to provide a current copy of their general liability insurance.
Q – How is the directory accessed?
A – The directory is located on the homepage of the real estate website under “local vendors” and accessible to the public.
