Golazo

Golazo organizes more than 300 large annual sports events across Europe from their offices in Belgium, the Netherlands, France and Germany. In 2017, they switched from Event Commander (nowadays called “Staffcloud”) to Beeple, which was an improvement, because it enables them to work from different point of views.

Amitabha

Amitabha started as a secondment agency for sports teachers who are active throughout Belgium, but is also more and more focused on the promotion of vitality on the shop floor for a couple of years. On a yearly basis, they fill in 30000 hours and they can therefore count on about 750 coaches. They used to manage their staff in Outlook, but that system proved to be too time-consuming and error sensitive in the end. The extensive searching possibilities and minimal margin of error of Beeple won them over to change software.
