The numbers tell the tale. You can get a lot of data and information from Beeple that can be useful, if you know how to use it. Our colleague Vincent dove into the data options and listed his 4 best tips on how to get the most out of your Beeple data.
The figures you get from Beeple, whether it's the number of people in your database or the hours logged, are numbers you can rely on and thus cite as irrefutable evidence when making decisions.
For example, one of our clients wanted to measure the success of their marketing campaign. The goal of that campaign was to attract as many new employees as possible. The data they pulled from Beeple gave them insight into how many new registrations had been added over the course of the campaign, a good indication to calculate success.
It could also be interesting to take a look at certain business processes. How many no-shows are there on average for a shift? How many employees show up late for work? Do your employees work a lot of overtime? All that data can be extracted from your check-in data.
With that info, you can get to work and come up with a plan of action to get the number of no-shows down, start working more efficiently or give your employees extra motivation. If you do these kinds of quality checks regularly, you can address the processes before they become big problems.
You can even go a step further and use data from previous projects to make forecasts. One of our clients uses the data from previous projects to estimate how many employees it needs, what the peak times will be, and can thus anticipate how to handle them.
A lot of clients also use our data and dashboards to get a real-time overview of how their KPIs and targets are performing and can thus make timely adjustments.
Finally, data can also be used to understand behaviour. Do you want insight into how tech-savvy the employees in your database are, for example? Then compare the number of active users of the app with that of the web version in the statistics.
So there are a lot of benefits to using your data correctly, yet it is not always obvious to extract the right insights from the large pool of information. That's why it can be useful to integrate a power BI tool with Beeple. One of Beeple's regular partners for this in Belgium is
cumul.io, who guarantee user-friendly dasboarding and reports. If you are already using a BI tool, it is also possible to link it with Beeple.
