Beeple is a tech scale-up company founded in 2016 by two passionate minds. With Beeple, a cloud-based web platform, we are offering a new way to digitize the temporary staffing business. Beeple is used in all kinds of sectors: from catering, festivals & events, retail to guides, cleaning and aviation. In 2016, we received a huge growth gap after being funded by a Fortune500 Company. Early 2017 we were awarded the title "Starter of the Year. Currently, Beeple is active in 8 countries. The ultimate goal is to conquer the complete HR market.


Beeple has a unique vision of its customer service: We want to give our customers warm proactive support who understands them and knows their specific case. We want to give them energetic support where they feel welcome and understood. We aim for a long-term relationship and partnership with our customers.

Your role

You are the first point of contact for our two products, Beeple and clevergig. You are in charge for support questions, bugs and technical questions from our customers via chat, telephone and mail. You are the Beeple voice: always friendly and helpful. On top, you'll be responsible for:


  • Answering customers within our predefined SLAs
  • Creating open tickets and estimating them correctly
  • Escalating and the follow-up on open tickets
  • Taking ownership of the support inbox
  • Spotting upsell opportunities and passing them on to your colleagues
  • Understanding customer questions and being able to solve them analytically
  • Writing manuals and support articles

What do we expect from you 

You would perfectly fit into our team, with following qualifications:

  • Knowledge at least 3 languages (Dutch, French and English), any other extra languages are a plus
  • A drive for the happiness of our customers
  • Passion to help customers and to be in contact with customers (1st line)
  • Give energy and pass this positive vibe on to your customers
  • A healthy sense of discovering new applications, software or features. Discover it yourself and understand the logic of a tool
  • Good communication skills, including being able to listen well with the necessary empathy
  • Being creative and problem solving
  • Technical insight into SaaS tooling (configuration level)
  • Be proactive towards customers and colleagues
  • Flexibility for your customer and make your customer feel welcome
  • Being able to work independently and in a team, take ownership of the support inbox



It's a big advantage when you have experience in/with:


  • Intercom, Jira
  • using or supporting HR tools
  • the HR sector
  • SaaS Tools
