Beeple is a SaaS scale-up founded in 2016 to make flex staff scheduling realtime, efficient and people-oriented. Since then, Beeple is active around the world and available in multiple languages. From English, Dutch and Spanish to German, Traditional Chinese and Arabic. We are still looking to grow faster than ever with a global aspiration.

Your role
Our Project and adaptation manager is a communicative person, who likes to build strong relationships with our clients.
You are a people person who can communicate easily on a C-level with clients but also in a fun way with its power users on the work floor.
What do we expect from you
You would perfectly fit into our team, with following qualifications:
- Good level of Dutch or English, French and Spanish (any other language is a plus).
- Passion for project management.
- Great communication skills.
- Very good empathy towards clients.
- Good analytical skills as you’ll have to quickly understand client needs.
- Comfortable speaking to both decision makers and business users.
- Highly organized and project minded.
- IT affinity, experience with SaaS is a plus.
- Passion for life and the Beeple product.
Key responsibilities
You will be in the lead of rolling out Beeple in large companies, together with a CS Manager who does the trainings and gives technical support, you make a success out of each project. You do this by
- Making a project plan and timeline
- Define KPI’s together with your client to mark successes once Beeple is implemented
- You advise the client, because you know our market, our product and their market.
- You communicate easily with our product team and translates their development into easy to understand solutions for your clients.
- You spot on a daily basis new opportunities for your clients which the sales team can follow up for you.
- You are flexible and make every effort for our customers.
