B-12 and B-24 Brush Head Flap Wheel Sander - Smooth Results for a Variety of Materials"

Eliminate Costly Hand Sanding! The B-12 and B-24 brush head replace hand sanding on all types of shaped surfaces. Flap head sanders are excellent at deburring, sanding, or headspolishing metal and wood.

Ideal for sanding baseball bats, skateboards, gun stocks, rustic furniture, and profile moldings. Any object that has a complex shape that requires sanding graining or deburring. The brushes keep the scored abrasive in close contact with the surface of the object being sanded, without losing the detail or shape of the contour.

• The B-12 brush head consists of (15) brushes and sandpaper strips, mounted in a 3-piece machined aluminum assembly. Overall width of sander is 5-1/4” with a 9.5” diameter.

• The B-24 brush head consists of (30) brushes and sandpaper strips, mounted in a 3-piece machined aluminum assembly. Overall width of sander is 5-1/4” with a 16” diameter.

• Sandpaper stored in the center of the sanding head is advanced outward by turning the end plate. Abrasive loadings are 4" wide staggered/slash cloth.

• Brushes are a horsehair/Tampico mix. Our soft yet durable brushes provide better contact to the workpiece than nylon or straight tampico.

• Select 1/8" or 1/4" slash and choice of grit when purchasing flap wheel.

Stocked grits 60, 80, 100, 120, 150, 180, and 220.

• Sanding heads can be run on 1 1/4" or smaller shafts.
