Model #B-12 and B-24 Self-Feeding Brush Sander Heads

Brush heads replace hand sanding on all types of shaped surfaces. The brushes actually form the scored abrasive and sand surfaces without losing the detail or shape of the contour. Excellent for deburring, sanding, and polishing and is an ideal tool for a satin finish.

Specifications

• The B-12 brush sander head consists of (15) brushes, 4” in width, mounted in a 3-piece machined aluminum casting. Overall width is 5-1/4” with a 9” diameter. Runs on 1.25" or 1" motor shafts.

• The B-24 brush sander head consists of (30) brushes, 4” in width, mounted in a 3-piece machined aluminum casting. Overall width is 5-1/4” with a 16” diameter. Runs on 1.25" or 1" motor shafts.

• Brushes are a horsehair / Tampico mix (not nylon). This insures better contact with the workpiece.

• Sandpaper is loaded between brushes. Abrasive is cloth-backed staggered / slash giving greater flexibility when sanding.

• Use 1/8" slash for complex shapes and 1/4" for less complex.
