To ensure the highest quality of our translation services, language editing, certification (court interpreting services), as well as other related services, we implemented the quality management system according to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 17100:2015 standards.
Our system was certified by the independent certification body, Bureau Veritas, which also carries out regular audits to make sure all ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 17100:2015 requirements have been met at VERBA CENTAR d.o.o.
VERBA has quality management system implemented in the translation processes since 2009.
