Dr. Peters, Dr. Chohan and Team Help Change Lives at St. Vincent De Paul

Treating patients who suffer from debilitating arthritis and getting them back to work keeps Dr. Eric Peters and other AARA health-care providers coming back to volunteer at the Virginia C. Piper St. Vincent de Paul Medical Clinic in Phoenix. What started 10 years ago with one provider volunteering one night per quarter has grown into an AARA team that volunteers every two weeks and sees eight patient a night. Dr. Peters makes diagnoses and sets up treatment plans for new patients and meets with returning patients to help them manage their disease. AARA’s health-care providers believe their mission is to help take care of the people of Arizona, including those at St Vincent de Paul, Dr. Peters says.
