I come from a family of entrepreneurs and I know what it's like to run a small business and not know where your next customer is going to come from. I started working in my family business when I was in high school and since then I always wondered how some businesses had lots of customers walking in the store while some stores were always empty.
Growing up in a small business environment taught me the struggles that entrepreneurs face every single day. Like accounting, managing their employees, figuring out what to sell, how to market it. Business owners have many problems and literally no one to turn to for support and guidance. I always wanted to have the answer to all of these questions, which is why I spent years educating myself on how to run a successful business.
I decided early on that I would make a commit to learning everything there is to know about business, more specifically the art of marketing. The reason I wanted to focus more on marketing is that the fuel for any business to move forward is revenue. Without a steady source of cash flow, businesses die. This is the reason why 90% of businesses fail within the first year, it's because first time entrepreneurs have no idea how to market their products and services.
I began binge learning everything I could in business classes, local libraries, Chapters and online resources. I bought courses from the best marketers in the world and educated myself with every single resource I could get my hands on. As I began learning modern day digital marketing strategies, I began testing my ideas on the family business and we slowly started to see the business grow and prosper. After my family business became a huge success, all of my family and friends started reaching out and asking me if I could help them market their business. Eventually, one of the clients I helped, encouraged me to turn this into a full-time business and I realized that I was meant to do marketing as a career.
I now run my marketing agency, Nordello full time, with my former college friends. We have helped clients all over the Greater Toronto Area grow their business using innovative digital marketing strategies. I believe that in order to be successful as a digital marketing agency, our team and I always need to educate ourselves and be on the cutting edge of new and innovative marketing strategies. So that we can deliver the best value to our entrepreneur clients worldwide.
My vision for our team at Nordello is to expand our operations all over the world and help millions of other business owners grow & prosper.
