How Does Your Photo Booth Work?


When we setup our photo booth rentals in Toronto, almost always we get a compliment on how simple it is to use and how great the quality of the images are, basically everything is on the screen, your guests simply tap the start button and the voice animation will instruct them on how to pose and tells them when the prints are ready. We always have a photo booth attendant at our events so your guests don’t have to worry about learning how to use a photo booth, our attendant will make sure everything runs smoothly. 


How to Book Your Date?


Ideally, we recommend you to book your event date as soon as possible because our schedule does fill up. We are able to do last minute events depending on our availability. We do have to reserve a lot of equipment for your event date and need time to make some customizations, let’s say if you need a custom backdrop. To reserve your date, all we need is a 50% deposit and the final balance is due 1 week before the event date. You will receive a paid invoice from our company as well to show your accounting department. 


Can We Design Our Own Prints?


Absolutely, simply send us a jpeg file of your design and we will use it on the day of your event for prints. We also have lots of designs that you can choose from, simply let us know what your occasion is and we can send you a few digital samples. 


How Much Space Do We Need?


Our photo booth rentals in Toronto have a very small footprint, we only need 1 small table for props, since the photo booth itself is vertical and free standing, it doesn’t take that much space. We generally like to have around 10ftx10ft of space, near an outlet. Once we arrive at your venue, either we will use a specific location that you have already selected, or we will ask the venue team on what spot they would recommend us to setup. 


Do Guests Have to Pay Anything?


 Absolutely not, there are no other fees once you paid your remaining balance, your guests can start taking photos and enjoy themselves worry free.



Will My Guests Actually Use the Photo Booth?


Absolutely, guests have seen photo booths at least 4-5 times from all the previous events they have been to, we can also ask the MC or DJ to announce that you have a photo booth ready for them, but chances are, all your guests that walk in, will more than likely see our booth, since they do look very eye catching with bright lights, instinctively, people will walk towards and ask if they can have their photos taken.


Can We Have Our Own Props?


Absolutely, if you have specific props you would like to use, feel free to bring them. We do have our own props but on special occasions, clients sometimes like to get crafty and bring their own props. Photo booth rentals can be especially fun during Christmas with ugly sweaters and during Halloween when everyone is dressed up in a costume. The photos almost always turn out much more fun and the guests have an amazing time with lots of keepsake memories to take home.


Do You Need Outlets and Power?


For our photo booth rentals in Toronto, we do need at least 1 outlet, almost every venue has atleast 1 plug per wall so this is never a problem for us, for safety reasons we will use black duck tape to tape down the wires to the floor, so no one trips over them during the event. The black duck tape is fairly unnoticeable so it won’t distract from your actual event design.


How Many Years Have You Been In Business?


We have been in the events marketing industry for over 10 years now, the last few years has been a tremendous growth for us for this specific type of service as it has become more and more popular. 


How Long Does it Take To Setup Your Photo Booth?


We usually arrive at least 2 hours before the start of your event, this gives us plenty of time to bring equipment inside, beat traffic and find the right room. Our setup time can range about 20 minutes, depending on if you have lots of extra decorations or not.


How Far Can You Travel for Events?


We provide photo booth rentals all over the Greater Toronto Area, however if you do have an event outside of the GTA, simply let us know what day, time and location and we can see if we are available for your event date.



Do You Really Need A Photo Booth If You Have A photographer?


If you are planning a wedding, then it makes total sense to have a photographer to be with you the whole day and take amazing photos of the bride and groom. The purpose of a photo booth rental is so that the guests can have some form of entertainment and for them to have the opportunity to have some photos as well. Photographers might not necessarily have the time to manage a photo booth since they are busy with a much larger project, capturing your wedding day. It all depends on you, if you want to have something fun and entertaining for your guests to enjoy.


When it comes to hiring a photographer or getting a photo booth rental in Toronto, the decision is ultimately up to you. Photo booth rentals typically cost less than a photographer, it really dependents on the level of work you want the photographer to do. 


For example, if you want high quality images of your products, then a photographer might be your best bet. If you want photos of your guests having fun with some props and a stylish background, then a photo booth might be the best option. They are both very different services for a different purpose, so its hard to say which one is better than the other since both have their own pros and cons. 


Does Renting A Photo Booth Cost More If I Have More Guests?


Not really, because our photo booth rentals are charged on a per hour basis, however if you do have more guests, you may want to book additional time so more people can have the opportunity to use it. Our most popular option is to have it for 3 hours but it’s usually for smaller guest size events. You always have the option of booking more time if you like as long as the time slot is available on the day of.


What Is the Role of a Photo Booth Attendant?


The primary role of a photo booth attendant is to make it easier for guests to have their photos taken and to make sure if things don’t work on the day of, someone that is tech savvy can quickly diagnose problems and have it resolved. Although our equipment is extremely reliable, we use industry recommended equipment for maximum reliability. Photo booth attendant also helps to make sure your guests know how to use the booth and have an overall good experience at your event.


Do You Included Setup & Tear Downs in Your Packages?


We don’t charge for setup and teardowns in any of our packages, the packages you see on our website is the only fee that’s paid. You just have to let us know how many hours you would like to have the photo booth and we take care of the rest.
