Organise your reserved items in a professional manner with a numbering and reservation ticket that can be scanned. Manage your outstanding reservations (especially the unpaid ones) that haven't been collected for x months. Thanks to the integrated SMS module, you can immediately inform your patient when the reservation is made.

In CareConnect Pharmacist you can even assign expiration dates by packaging (and not only by unique product code (CPK)). There are several settings that mean you can optimise your management. The virtual assistant will notify you in accordance with the withdrawal conditions when packaging is due to expire soon. This enables you to take the correct action.

You can choose to suspend the ordering of a product until a later date, which is useful in the case of expensive specialised items. Products that are soon to drop in price can even be ordered automatically at the moment the new price is added by the wholesaler. No more fuss in case of replacement, substituted or missing items: you yourself set how CareConnect Pharmacist is to correctly deal with this.

You can assign multiple stock locations with inventory management to 1 product (e.g. public area 5 items; basement 20 items). Based on the minimum and maximum thresholds, you can transfer your stock internally from basement to pharmacy.
