A Farmer in the Manitoba area purchased the Bobcat from an auction. It didn't have much power, and he eventually blew a turbo. When the  mechanic inspected the Bobcat, the DPF was plugged entirely, and he offered to get it serviced or replaced for thousands of dollars. The farmer did some research and landed on our page! Twenty-four hours later, the DPF is restored by our Ultrasonic Gold Service at a fraction of the cost of a replacement DPF filter. He was one very happy customer!

PROBLEM:

Our customers dozer had stopped running so they took it in for service, however some sensors were left unplugged so it didn't alert them when the after treatment system was plugged. They called us requesting a DPF filter restoration. The filter was so plugged, the airflow reading we took was reading off both gauges!

SOLUTION:

We ran the DPF through our Gold Ultrasonic Restoration service and the flow reading was back on the first gauge, however we knew we could do better, so we ran it through again. Once complete, we had the DPF filter reading to 3.0 psig!  The customer was very please - our cost was approx. 20% of an aftermarket replacement DPF and approx. 9.9% of a replacement OEM DPF.
