Ruby Bean comes to Community Concepts from Oxford County Mental Health Services after 10 years where she was the Director of Operations. She brings over 15 years of non-profit experience in human resources and operations management with a diverse background ranging from working with sex offenders, child and family services, and early childhood clinical work. Bean has an M.S. degree in Forensic Psychology from American International College and an MBA in Entrepreneurial Thinking and Innovative Practices from Bay Path University. The YWCA Central Maine (Lewiston) and Wisdom Women's Center of Lewiston have Ruby on their board of Directors. She lives with her husband and two children in Lewiston.

Susan Denoncour is the Director of Family Services for Community Concepts. She oversees multiple programs supporting families including child welfare, substance abuse, mental health and parenting/child relationships. Susan brings over 20 years of experience working with children and families and knowledge of the Child Welfare and  Child Protective Services.  Susan has a B.S. in Human Services and Counseling and a Master of Education in Early Childhood Education.  She has a passion for connecting families to community and professional development and leading and supporting staff.

Melissa Green has worked for Community Concepts, Inc. in several different roles since 2001. Before becoming the Director of Customer Service, she served as the Director of Transportation and as the Vice President of Client Services for Community Concepts Finance Corporation which is a subsidiary of Community Concepts. Green has a long history of collaborating with various partners, providers, staff and volunteers.

Susan Hanley is the Director of Human Resources at Community Concepts. She has a 30+ year history working for Community Action Agencies. Since coming to Community Concepts in 1999, she has served in a variety of capacities before becoming Director of Human Resources in 2009. Sue holds an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Champlain College in Burlington, VT and has an HR certificate from University of Southern Maine.  She has completed numerous HR and leadership programs, including the Androscoggin Leadership Development Institute. Sue provides guidance to senior leadership with employee relations and oversees the agency’s safety, wellness, and benefits committees.

Nate Libby is the President of Community Concepts Finance Corporation (CCFC), a subsidiary of Community Concepts that provides business and residential lending, homeownership services including homebuyer education and foreclosure counseling along with economic development for Oxford County and the town of Thomaston. Prior to joining CCFC, Nate joined Community Concepts as a consultant on two wellness shelter projects in April 2020. A Lewiston resident, Nate has worked as a consultant with several nonprofit and local government clients and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern Maine. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in history and economics from Bates College. Nate has also served in the Maine Senate since December 2014 and is serving his final two-year term in the state’s part-time Legislature.

Dianne Nelder, LCSW is originally from Northern Maine and has been practicing Social Work for over 30 years.  She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Maine at Farmington, with a major in Psychology and a minor in Education.   Dianne went on to earn her Master of Social Work from the University of New England at Biddeford.  She has worked in locked psychiatric facilities, residential, adult, children’s services, out-patient and community based practices.  She has held director positions in crisis services, children’s residential, special education and transitional programs, children’s out patient, school based counseling, and adult community based services.  Currently, she holds the position of Director of Children’s Services at Community Concepts, Inc.
