The Self-Help Purchase and Rehabilitation Program is a brand new program that will assist families that are unable to afford traditional Mortgages or are unable to meet the labor commitment, but still have an opportunity for homeownership. Families will still be required to contribute some labor hours on the rehabilitation of their homes. Items such as painting and minor repairs will be completed by the homeowners, with the assistance of Community Concepts technicians.
