Shipping Fees
- Domestic (US and Canada) Shipping and Handling Fees
- Fees are charged at the time of purchase at a flat rate based on the total amount of the order.
- International (outside of North America) Shipping and Handling Fees
- International customers will be charged a flat rate based on the total amount of the order, at the time of purchase, AND
- There will be an additional charge for shipping to destinations outside of North America. Please contact lancetaylor@fittingsolutions.ca BEFORE MAKING YOUR PURCHASE to determine the extra charge and the instructions for making the payment.
Return Policy
- We will only accept returned audio CDs if they are defective, up to 2 weeks after invoice date.
- We will only accept returned video DVDs if they are defective, up to 2 weeks after invoice date.
