Yoga Video Beginner students are often believing that yoga is all about stretching. On the contrary strength yoga is far more important than stretching especially as a complete beginner without a fitness background. Otherwise long term stretching without strength or atleast preparation for the joints would increase joint problems. Despite that strength should be approached after considerable preparation is done. This will protect the joints. The
BEGINNER SERIES
should be mastered before entering this section. The
SUN SALUTATION SERIES
although following the beginner series and preceding the strength series has elements of strength in it. Despite that we should consider to complete the beginner and salutation series in that order before approaching this series.
The following step by step sequences should start at Strength Series 3A and then make the way through 3B to 3D. Each session progresses from the previous .
